What happens when you cross our house hazy IPA with a west coast DIPA… THIS! We used a west coast style grain bill and hop schedule to build this double IPA that showcases tropical fruit forward hop character and fruity esters from hazy IPA yeast. 9oz & 16oz ONLY

We brew our honey blonde with honey malt and little bit of corn for a touch of sweetness. This golden hued beer still drinks nice and light.

This traditional German-style bock was brewed with all German malted barley, noble hops and fermented with lager yeast giving it complex malt flavors with a smooth finish.

This beer style was often a monastery's strongest beer. We brewed ours with Belgian pale and caramel malts for a medium body and fermented with Belgian Trappist yeast which lends signature notes of fruit and spice.

This is a modern take on a traditional dry Irish stout featuring Simpson's finest Maris otter malt accented with notes of chocolate and coffee from roasted barley. Served on nitro. Tap room exclusive.

Brewed with maris otter, caramel and munich malts this beer is hearty and rich with slight fruity notes from Irish ale yeast.

Brewed with Citra, Mosaic, Strata and Galaxy for tropical fruit forward hop character balanced with oats and wheat for a cloud-like body.

This is a classic American light lager with low bitterness, smooth malt character and a clean crisp finish.
