Our friends from Blacktooth brewing made the trek down south from WY to brew this New Zealand style IPA with us. Generously hopped with all NZ hops including Motueka, Moutere, Waimea, Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin, this IPA boasts big tropical fruit notes with moderate bitterness.

Brewed to celebrate Ernest and Lucy's wedding, this witbier boasts fresh botanical notes of lavender and lemon that harmonize with witbier yeast for a refreshing take on the style.

We brewed this cream ale with blood orange, vanilla and lactose for our take on a creamsicle. Bursting with juicy notes of orange followed by a smooth finish of vanilla. Contains lactose.

To mark the end of summer we brewed a classic American stout with all the robust notes of coffee and chocolate one would expect, pairs well with cold weather and campfires.

Deep golden in color and dripping with sticky notes of Texas wildflower honey, this imperial ale was brewed with 180 lbs of honey complimented by pilsner, crystal and munich malts.

Cool off with this American wheat beer brewed with mango puree for a tropical twist on a refreshing style.

GUEST CIDER: Semi-Sweet. Juicy & tropical

Brewed with Citra, Mosaic, Strata and Galaxy for tropical fruit forward hop character balanced with oats and wheat for a cloud-like body.

This year's harvest ale was brewed with 40lbs of Strata wet hops giving this beer resinous notes of pine, citrus, stone fruit and fresh cut grass that give way to a balanced malt profile of bread and honey.

Brewed as part of the ales for ALS initiative, this is an easy drinking ale with a hint of lime. A portion of the proceeds for this beer will be donated to the ALS therapy development institute.

A crisp IPA that has a light body with low bitterness and hop forward aromas of fruit and citrus.

This is a classic American light lager with low bitterness, smooth malt character and a clean crisp finish.
