A new take on a classic German style pilsner. Expect bright notes of tangerine and orange blossom that give way to a mid pallet bitterness, followed by sweet pilsner malt finish.

Brewed with 3 different dark malts, we have some medium roast, subtle chocolate and freshly baked bread notes on the malt base of our black lager. Finishing on the drier side and with a hint of citrus spice, this one is absolutely crushable.

We partnered with Compadres Cocina and the Purple Heart project to bring you a Texas-style bock brewed with Pilsner malt and corn for some Texas flavor accented with crystal malts for caramel notes that balance out with a malty but light finish.

This is a classic American light lager with low bitterness, smooth malt character and a clean crisp finish.
